Great Service! I recently purchased a new vehicle from Bozard and brought my new car in to be looked at. Apparently it was a User error. LOL Bozard never questioned my thought on this they just made the appointment and gave me a loaner (a very nice one) The problem has since been deal with and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service department. Marcia, did a great job explaining the new ford Manual/Auto transmission. And even had it been a warranty issue I know it would have been taken care of fairly and swiftly. That just seems to be the way Bozard does business. Fairly and all stops pulled out!!! More

Whenever I have a service or vehicle issue in that area I go to them. I’ve also heard others in the area express similar opinions. Recently I had my vehicle in for warranty service. Tanya Tomanek, the Lincoln Concierge, (ttomanek@bozardford.com) gave me a very nice loaner Lincoln under Lincoln’s “Date Night” program. They regularly offer a loaner or rental for warranty work, but this time the car came with a $100.00 gift card for a dinner for my wife and me. More

The staff in both sales and service are helpful and understanding. A year ago, I took on running a marching band competition at our High School. I contacted Bozard to ask if they would allow us to use trucks to pull trailers and equipment for the entire day. An immediate yes was their answer and they provided beautiful and clean trucks and even let us use one of their pop up tents at the event. This year I sent an email and another immediate yes - they are truly an A class service operation. I recommend them to anyone I can! More

Stearing Issue I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado in January of 2015 from Bozard Ford. They were great at the sale, Mr. Ricky Goodwin from start to finish. I drove it f I bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado in January of 2015 from Bozard Ford. They were great at the sale, Mr. Ricky Goodwin from start to finish. I drove it for about a month and was having trouble steering every once in a while. I took it to the Main service center and the asked me to take it to the quick lane service center by enterprise. They told me the ball joints were bad and replaced them upper and lower . After about a day driving it, it tightened up again, they told me it was normal to keep driving as is. Another 2 two weeks went by and it was still having trouble steering . I called again and they said it has to do with the lift on the truck and asked me where I got it... I told them I bought it like that from you guys. I asked my mechanic that works on my business trucks and he said that that was not right. After about a month of driving around like this it finally tightened up where I could not steer at all.I called up to the main service department and ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. I cannot remember his name but he said bring it in( very polite and nice guy)maybe Jeremy) and we will take care of you. I got there and they had Marcia on my issue who provided me with a rental car and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with anyone regarding any business. She is absolutely Great and someone who makes Bozard #1. She was always informing me of what was going on and fought to make sure everything was taken care of like it should be. They finally replaced the steering shaft and steering rack which was over a 3k job and I paid a $100 deductible. I do believe I should have never been sent to the Quick lane service center with a 3 month old purchase and someone over there should have not let it go on like they did but I am very happy the main service center took care of me and did an outstanding job as to figuring out the issue, keeping me informed, fixing the issue and getting me back in my truck. Thank you for your service and Marcia was amazing give her a raise because she is the reason people like me will come back to Bozard! All in all I am pleased with the service . Our sons first vehicle - brought in for inspection Scheduled an appointment to have my sons 2000 Ford Ranger inspected for any issues. I would recommend this dealer to service your vehicle. They came across as trustworthy, and only charged me an hour labor when they had the vehicle longer to do a thorough inspection. More

Quick Lane service in less than one hour Called Bozard at 2:55 and asked if they could work me in for an oil change and tire rotation. How about 3:30 was the reply?
