Took my 2012 F-250 in for a emissions recall work was done without any problems, I mentioned to Jeff Sparks that my wifes 2012 Focus automatic transm Took my 2012 F-250 in for a emissions recall work was done without any problems, I mentioned to Jeff Sparks that my wifes 2012 Focus automatic transmission was slipping or not engaging properly, this model always since purchase the auto transmission seemed quirky ,Jeff said drop it off when you come to pick up your truck and we'll take a look ,Marcia Nelson called back later that afternoon and informed me that the clutch-pack and seals wear bad ,and Bozard would repair it !,Yes it was under warranty but they could of said take it to dealer you purchased it from,but didn't, It now shifts smooth as butter and no weird upshifts, thanks Bozard service dept. for taking care of me! Great Service! I brought my car in due to an overheating issue and my heater not working. When I arrived at 7 a.m., Kevin offered coffee, but I do not drink coffee. I brought my car in due to an overheating issue and my heater not working. When I arrived at 7 a.m., Kevin offered coffee, but I do not drink coffee. Kevin then asked if I drink hot chocolate and since I do, he went to the back to get some for me so that I could warm up. He knew that I was cold as I had driven down from Jacksonville and it was freezing temps outside. They also asked me throughout the day if I needed a refill while I was waiting for my car. Stuart broke everything down that was wrong with my car. He even took the time to explain everything to my dad over the phone, as he lives in another state. Stuart was able to let me know what absolutely needed to be taken care of that day and what could wait for a little bit. He was very nice and easy to deal with. More

Although she was unable to offer us a rental car while our vehicle was getting serviced, she went out of her way to make sure we had an up to the minute forecast to let us know when the car would be done. She offered to take us anywhere we wished while we were waiting. We just walked over to the outlet mall and shopped. Our vehicle was completed quickly and we were on our way.
