EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I realized almost 2 years after I sold my Ford that I had not received my refund from by previous service contract. I contacted Bozard and they turned this matter over to Kayla Roberts...who by far did the most exceptional job of customer service that I have ever experienced.
