Great Dealership My check engine light had come on and off on my truck for over a year. I bought the truck 2011 in TX and since then have probably taken it 5 or 6 dif My check engine light had come on and off on my truck for over a year. They diagnosed my problem and did the repair in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend them. More

Finally, great service! This last time, I dealt with Russell Right and Marcia Nelson. Marcia was awesome to deal with! She was professional and caring and had a great sense of humor. Thank you very much Tanya Tomanek! I had purchased a new Lincoln MK Z H that I love. At the time of the of purchase I negotiate that some small options also be included. They had none in stock so my sales person had to order them. On numerous occasions I talked with my sales person but could not get a time frame for delivery. I called the sales desk but they didn't help. I then took a chance and called Tanya "WOW"! With in a half hour she called me and asked if she could deliver the item's to my home. She was going to drive and personally deliver right to my door step. As we were out at the time we took the car to Bozard. Tanya had everything installed, had the car washed, and filled the tank with gas. Are you kidding me who provides service like that to their customers these days? Bozard while I think your a great dealership you definitely raised the bar in customer service when you brought Tanya Tomanek on board. Thank you Bozard for Tanya, keep up the grate work and service! Warranty work on a brand new Ford Escape I recently bought a brand new Escape in Indiana. My car broke down in St. Augustine and was recommended to Bozard Ford. As the service progressed I was kept informed of the progress. I was given a loaner car which helped to make life easier for me while my car was being repaired. Overall, I was totally impressed with the way I was treated and the work on my car. My husband insisted I do this alone so I would learn how to handle this type of experience. I was really scared I might be intimidated because I was a woman. Not the case at Bozard Ford!! Everyone, especially Marcia, went overboard to make me feel important. Thanks to all! More

Incredible Service I started my morning taking my kids to breakfast in my new Ford Fusion and had my front lower grill ripped off by the restaurant parking stone. I was very upset because it was something that could have been avoided by the restaurant owner. I called Bozard Ford and spoke with Marcia (advisor). She was so kind and could tell over the phone how upset I was. Told me to come on in and she would have a tech look at it. I thought, great, their goes my day. I'm going to spend it with my kids at a dealership. So we headed that way. Not only was the staff ready to greet me, they took my car right away and within 15 minutes my car was fixed and also washed!!! My kids enjoyed the waiting area thanks to the popcorn. I have to say, we actually enjoyed ourselves, LOL. Quick, friendly service with such great attitudes. You can tell the employees really enjoy what they do! Bozard is the BEST Auto Dealership I've ever bought from. I bought my 2013 Ford Escape about 26 months ago - and could not be happier with my Ford Escape or Bozard Ford. I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford Escape a I bought my 2013 Ford Escape about 26 months ago - and could not be happier with my Ford Escape or Bozard Ford. I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford Escape and a friend recommended Bozard Ford - and suggested I should ask for Salesman Ricky Goodwin because he's the most honest car salesman he'd ever met. Ricky is a trustworthy car salesman (not mutually exclusive terms afterall... lol) and I enjoyed doing business with another U.S. Military Veteran that has the integrity to look customers in the eye while promising to stand behind his product and service agreement, etc. I did as my friend suggested and Ricky Goodwin helped me find the exact car I was looking for then quickly agreed to sell the Escape to me for less than I'd expected from the studying I did prior to shopping. Ricky also sold the maintenance agreement and extended warranty for an excellent price - and they have already saved me a bundle compared to the charges I'd paid to repair my last vehicle (a Honda Ridgeline) after a similar time period several years ago. Recently the warning light came on my dashboard telling me that my brakes might fail - so I immediately drove to Bozard's Service Dept.where Colby Clarke asked me as I pulled up if he could help. He checked the warning light and immediately crawled under the wheels of my Ford Escape and located the problem on the 4th wheel. Colby scheduled me for a repair right away and secured a free rental from Enterprise within minutes. The 2014 Lincoln Navigator rental was a pleasure to drive for the next 4 days it took for the parts to arrive and the repair completed. My Ford Escape was repaired free of charges and the rental did not cost me anything either - other than 4 gallons of gas I had to replace. I've bought about 20 vehicles in my life and this is the first time I've been 100% satisfied with my purchase and service after 2 plus years. Bozard Ford is the Dealership I wish I could have bought all of my cars from - because they're simply the best I've ever seen. If there's one complaint I could share - it's that there was no Bozard Ford/Lincoln Dealership in the areas of the U.S. that I used to live. Bozard is simply the best and I wish all car dealerships would use the same business practices as Bozard - and hire personnel with as much class and integrity as Ricky Goodwin and Colby Clarke.
