Excellent Service The service and friendliness were second to none. Superb knowledge demonstrated by the service personnel. I telephoned the reliable local Baltimore service ( Bob Davidson Ford ) and asked if they could recommend or help me locate a business as good as they were for me. Bozard Ford Dealership was suggested and I am more than satisfied. They answer my insecure questions while allowing me the dignity I am accustomed to. Fast and efficient quick lane service Was greeted by a friendly staff and vehicle was serviced shortly thereafter. Nice clean waiting area with complimentary water, coffee etc. quick lane Was greeted by a friendly staff and vehicle was serviced shortly thereafter. Nice clean waiting area with complimentary water, coffee etc. quick lane is located next to a mall. Nice to do a little shopping while the vehicle is being worked on. bad service manager my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at. the computer said it was misfiring on 2 cylinders. bozard told my ins. company it was due to maintenance. my car was running just fine when it was struck by another in the left front at about 40mph. due to the service manager saying it was due to maintenance my ins. company would not pay anything to fix the motor problems. when I went in to confront the service manager all he wanted to do was argue that its most likely maintenance but not 100%. i wanted him to admit that what he told the ins. company was not the truth and that it could have been something from the accident, but he would not. and after a few minutes of chatting the service writer got all upset and jumped up and got in my face and wanted to take me outside and fight. i told them to just let me pay for the computer check so i could leave and when i received the survey in the mail i would give them a bad wright up. that made them very upset and told me there would be no charge. still to this day i have never received a survey in the mail. that's one way to make sure your #1 customer rated ford dealer. i had the motor looked at and fixed at another shop and had to pay for it out of my pocket .. $652. thanks for all the help bozard. Wonderful result!! Marcia has been working with me for several months trying to find out what was making a vibration noise on the driver's side of my 2011 Explorer. I h Marcia has been working with me for several months trying to find out what was making a vibration noise on the driver's side of my 2011 Explorer. I had been completely frustrated with the noise while having to drive back and forth to Atlanta every 3 months. Last week, I got the good news. The vibration noise was finally found and she told me to drive the car for a day or two to make sure it was gone before I paid my deductible. I called her and paid the next day after driving the car on the highway. I am crossing my fingers that it will not come back. She also had the detail guy buff out some sticking white stuff that had gotten on my car. I was extremely pleased with everything she did in order to fix my car. She is so friendly and always has the best interests of her customers as the top priority. More

My 1st service visit Had a tail light not working properly. They were extremely friendly on the phone with arranging my appointment and explained that I would have a loane Had a tail light not working properly. They were extremely friendly on the phone with arranging my appointment and explained that I would have a loaner car while the car was in the shop. They had to order the part which came in the next day and they had no problem with my picking the car up the following morning because of my work schedule. All in all an excellent experience. More
