Alex did a great job of scheduling this work and making sure an appropriate rental vehicle was available as I am handicapped. They also did the 20K service while our car was in for the recall. Last but not least, the car was cleaned inside and out and looked like a brand new vehicle and this required extra effort by the team as I have a handicap scooter lift on the back of vehicle, so they couldn't just run it through the car wash. In conclusion I was very happy with the service experience at Bozard Ford and would highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More

Excellent Customer Service Both Ed and Crystal were very professional and helpful, talking a personal interest in resolving the problem with my Explorer. We have been experiencing recurring malfunctions of the electronics systems since we bought the car almost 2 years ago. After taking it in for service several times I was running out of patience. Ed listened to my complaints and came up with a solution that was fair for all before handing it off to Crystal. Crystal did an excellent job of staying in touch with me and keeping me updated on the progress being made. When I went to pick-up my car she had it clean inside and out and ready to go, just waiting for me. So far the electronics seem to be working fine, time will tell if the problem was trully soved. In the mean time,I am very pleased with the service I received from both Crystal and Ed. More

I called Auto nation off Blanding BLVD> and they wanted me to schedule a day to come in during the week. it was a Saturday morning I needed this done TODAY! so when I pulled into St. Augustine, off 16. I went into service where they were open and willing to work on my truck in the next hour! we bought a home here and I needed to get to the house to work on, they were willing to drop me off and pick me up, they made it so. upon arriving, I noticed a nice F-150 in great condition, sitting in the drive. I always check out other F-150's and compare it to mine. "This one shined!" I had to take a second look and saw the front plate.."J.R." It was MINE! they washed it! it looked new! I was not expecting them to wash my truck, it was very unexpected and I fell in love with my very own truck again! Thanks!!! you are now my home service center! More
