Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Against my own better judgement I took my truck to the dealer for service. It needed work done that my regular mechanic couldn't do so I went to the Bozard service center. I am very anti dealership and al dealer for service. It needed work done that my regular mechanic couldn't do so I went to the Bozard service center. I am very anti dealership and always have been due to some bad experiences in the past. Upon arrival I was greeted by a service department employee who was standing in the drive up area. He greeted me and asked me the purpose of my visit so I explained the issue to him and he took me in to the service department. He introduced me to Marcia Nelson who was very friendly and concerned about addressing and taking care of my needs. She was very communicative over the next few days keeping me up to date on the status of my truck. She even got me a great deal on a rental so I wouldn't be without a vehicle while my truck was being repaired. Marcia has restored my faith in the dealership and I will now be a loyal customer of Bozard Ford because of her. I hope she is compensated well for all the hard work she does to make the customer experience one of a kind. More

The customer service at Bozard is second to none. Living in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simpl in downtown Jacksonville it would be easy to visit 2 or 3 other dealers, not to mention a slew of other repair shops, but even for something as simple as an oil change I will drive 30-45 minutes down to St. Augustine just to go to this dealership. Having car issues can be a hassle, but at Bozard they make it as easy as possible and are always willing to go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience you can possibly have. Whether you are purchasing a vehicle or getting one serviced, you are wrong if you are not going here. More

Most recently on a service visit I dealt with Marcia Nelson, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her professionalism was compimented by her Southern charm which provided a unique experince. I observed her and other members of the staff handling problems that quelled any worries that any of the other customers may have had.
