Angela is a great service representative and very helpful. I only had one small reservation in that my floor mat was somewhat dirtied on the drivers side by someone in the shop. I brought my truck back to show Angela and she quickly took care of cleaning the floor mat for me. EXCELLENT! Thanks so much. I suggest covering vehicle interiors to protect from oil and dirt if possible. Otherwise, all good and I'll be back and gladly recommend Bozard to friends in the future. More

Very satisfied with service department. I drove nearly 2 hrs from Lake City to St Augustine because of my brother in laws recomindation of Bozards service department. Once there Alex the ser I drove nearly 2 hrs from Lake City to St Augustine because of my brother in laws recomindation of Bozards service department. Once there Alex the service writer took care of everything from scheduling my appointment to making arrangements for my rental car. He was prompt on updating the progress of work performed on my transmission. He communicated with my warranty company and saw to it they covered all of the issues they found with my truck. I would recommend Bozard service to any of my family or friends for their vehicle maintenance. More

Ms. Marcia Nelson is the best! Great customer service! Marcia & Alex always take care of us and are very quick & efficient. Marcia took care of returning my car rental for me at the end of the day, so I co Marcia & Alex always take care of us and are very quick & efficient. Marcia took care of returning my car rental for me at the end of the day, so I could just get in my car & go home. She communicated with me in regards to my service (new tires, oil change, etc.) & had the service dept investigate my battery issue which, thankfully, was a non-issue. Thanks again! More
