Oil change/maintenance Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and also needed my air filters looked at. Epic Fail My Lincoln MKC has been there FOUR times for the same thing.The paint peeling off door handles.I always give excellent reviews but this time not so mu My Lincoln MKC has been there FOUR times for the same thing.The paint peeling off door handles.I always give excellent reviews but this time not so much.It was very difficult to reach anyone by telephone.Not sure what has changed but it is most definitely not a good one.Service manager DJ wa not appreciated.The only three people I appreciated was Marcia,Ashley and Tanya.My sons Platinum F150 has been there TWICE and still not fixed.What is going on?We have purchased 6 cars in 5 years you can check it use to be happy doing business at Bozard better go back to what you use to do.I even had to have Lincoln help me and they also had a hard time getting through.I have always referred friends to Bozard and given them pins to purchase vehicles but I do not want them to have poor experiences like my Son and i her recently. More
