No hidden rooms where the managers hiss about me, no drawn out games. Just the fair price given to me in writing and honored. I had a warranty issue this past month. I made an appointment online and drove to the dealership. Within 40 minutes, the service department had determined that my vehicle needed parts that had to be sent to the dealership. I did not have my vehicle for 5 days. Bozard staff was great and made the inconvenience almost insiginificant. My service advisor, Nathan, was very helpful and professional. The service department waiting area is superior to any dealerships I have been to. I used the wifi and worked on my business while waiting and never felt that anyone was looking over my shoulder. I understand now, the high customer service ratings, that Bozard receives from customers. My experience was fantastic! More
