Fast & Efficient Drove into the service area without an appointment. My battery had died in a commercial parking lot. oil change I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They I brought my BMW in for oil change. The techs did not have right tool to remove oil filter so could not replace it, but they did do oil change . They told me what they planned to do in advance with the understanding I would bring my car back in when I got off work today to do new filter. I went in at 4 pm. and they immediately put oil filter on. ( apparently another tech did have right tool) It really was not much of an inconvenience since it was on my way home from work. More

Service is always consistently excellent. Marsha is fabulous. She personifies customer service. Safety Recall Dropped off car, was given a loaner. Recall was corrected overnight. Car was washed and vacuumed and ready to go when we got there next day.
