Buying new tires I walked in at 6:30 and asked for the cost of 4 tires. He advised me it would be about an hour and a half. While waiting for service to be completed I asked Angela McManaman about the are car care program and if I could sign up tonight and get the discounts on my tire purchase. She replied afirmatively, got me signed up and got me 2 rebates on top of that. I was treated very professionally and will drive the twenty miles from Jacksonville for future service requirements More
Best shop to have your Ford worked on I came in to have the steering rack replaced on my 2016 Ford Escape. Marcia handled my case from beginning to end and kept me apprised of everything I came in to have the steering rack replaced on my 2016 Ford Escape. Marcia handled my case from beginning to end and kept me apprised of everything that happened while the car was in the shop. She was so kind to provide me with a loaner car as she was afraid for me to drive my car in case I lost power steering on the highway. you are doing an injustice to yourself if you don't bring your car to Bozard. This shop is head and shoulders above the competition. More

I would also like to recognize Ashley Nicole Durst, Bozard Ford Lincoln Concierge, and Tanya Tomanek, Bozard Lincoln Concierge Manager, for their invitation to participate in Lincoln Date Night. They gave us the use of a brand new Lincoln Continental and provided a thorough explanation and demonstration of many of the features of this beautiful automobile. We were treated to dinner at Larry's Tasting Room and had a fantastic time. I would also like to acknowledge Andy Harris, Bozard Ford Sales Guide, for being so nice and for answering my numerous questions. I think Bozard Ford is the BEST Dealership on the Planet based on the friendly service provided by these outstanding representatives, and I would NEVER hesitate to recommend them for service or the sale of a new car.
