A few days later a service light came on...the guys over at Toyota knew that there were only weeks left on the Factory so they connected me with Ed and Jeff at Borzard. Service experience depends on who's working We have rarely had a problem with service at Bozard. I stopped using the Quick Lane when they missed worn brakes and worn tires on separate visits. If Alex or Crystal is there in the service department all is great. But i recently went in for an appointment when both were off. "I can't help you, I'm too busy". "I can't help you, I'm going to lunch". Others refused to meet my eyes. Needless to say, my next car won't be from Bozard. More

It doesn't get any better! I walk in for a 10 AM appointment at 8AM and drop of my Escape for "The Works" and an "Auto Butler" treatment at Noon.
