Terrible Experiance I had purchased many vehicles from this dealership. Went in recently to purchase another vehicle and trade in 2 vehicles. After detailing what my vehicle payment allowances were, I had to depart and return to work. I had always worked with Nick on all of my previous purchases. I never heard from Nick, not once. I tried contacting him several times to no avail. This dealership used to be all about the customer and doing the right thing to make the sale easy and within the purchasers parameters. Not anymore, they are all about screwing the customer over. More

Customer service poor and upselling excellent I made an appointment in advance to have a new key and fob programmed for one of my trucks. The service agent showed me to the waiting room, told me I made an appointment in advance to have a new key and fob programmed for one of my trucks. The service agent showed me to the waiting room, told me it would be one hour and said he would come and get me when the work was done. Two hours later I went to the desk to inquire what was taking so long. I was told the tech said I needed new front brake shoes and that he had time to do it then. I said no thank you and was told to wait for the fob/key paperwork. Complaints: the service agent CALLED me on my cell phone an hour into the appointment to advise me of the brake pads. I did not answer the phone as it was an unknown number and assumed to be a telemarketer. He could have walked over to the waiting area to tell me this rather than leaving me sitting an additional hour (or possibly longer had I not investigated the lengthy wait). What was the tech doing looking at brake pads when I came in for a fob programming? The "low coolant" light was on on the dash board that they never mentioned. Nor did they mention that this particular truck is under a recall for defective block heaters, that I found out about after the appointment. WOW! More
