Online Shopper Beware of Bait and Switch! I had an appointment scheduled with Fred Anderson Acura to look at a vehicle with intent to purchase. I confirmed with the representative that the ve I had an appointment scheduled with Fred Anderson Acura to look at a vehicle with intent to purchase. I confirmed with the representative that the vehicle was available and noted that I was traveling from a significant distance. About halfway into my commute, I called the dealership to let them know that I was running a little late only to find out the car was sold 2 DAYS prior to the appointment being scheduled. I spoke to the general manager, Tim Pilipovic who was supposed to send me a gas card to reimburse me for fuel...a month later and nothing from Tim. To top off the experience, Jackson McNutt called 30 minutes after my conversation with Tim to confirm the appointment. When I challenged Jackson with the information from Tim, he indicated they had other options and I should come on in. Very slimey and sleazy sales practices by this dealership! More

Tony showed us two vehicles that we were interesed in and helped us decide on a very clean 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The overall experience was the best I have ever had in purchasing a new car! We never felt rushed working with Tony who not only had a thorough understanding of the vehicle but also helped us settle on a very fair price for the vehicle. I would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Acura and Tony Messiha to anyone of my friends and family who are looking to purchase a new car! More
