Best Shopping Day Ever! We stopped at Braman BMW in WPB to look at the BMW 5-series models. Colin Richards showed us vehicles in the showroom, explained various features, etc. and gave us a tour of the Braman BMW facility. Very up-to-date, modern, clean and spacious. Colin was very knowledgeable about both and answered all our questions. After test driving two different models, we decided on the 2014 BMW 535i. This car has everything in it! (smooth ride, power, luxury, lots of bells & whistles w/premium package, plus free maintenance) It will take my husband and I a while to learn all the new technology in the car, but we feel confident that Colin and our product genius, Rafael Vazquez, will be there for us whenever we have questions. We appreciated the wonderful treatment by everyone and expect to be happy customers of Braman BMW for a long time. From T & B More

Rob Sadler at Braman BMW in WPB made my choice an easy one. When I turned my Honda Civic over to my daughter, I decided to treat myself to a "luxury" car. I went into Braman BMW in WPB to look at a new 3-series When I turned my Honda Civic over to my daughter, I decided to treat myself to a "luxury" car. I went into Braman BMW in WPB to look at a new 3-series BMW and was teamed with Rob Sadler. After talking with Rob about the BMW 335i and going on a test drive, it was all over. My decision was a foregone conclusion. I never even made it to the Mercedes dealer. Due to the number and type of options I wanted, my car had to be built-to-order, which meant an unavoidable delay in receiving the car. After negotiating a mutually acceptable price, the order was placed and Rob kept me up-to-speed on a weekly basis on my car's production progress. Once my car arrived, we discovered that one of the ordered options had not been included. However, Rob and Phil Roe, the General Manager, bent over backwards to remedy the error and, as a result, I ended up a very happy and satisfied customer thrilled with my new purchase. Since the purchase, Rob has stayed in touch to make sure that all is going well and I look forward to meeting with him shortly to review in-depth some of the amazing technical features of the iDrive system. Because of his technical expertise, Rob is now a BMW "Genius" and is no longer on the sales floor. While I am very happy for him on his new appointment, I regret that others will not be able to have the wonderful experience I did with him as my sales person. I'm lucky though - I know that Rob will always there for me as my Braman BMW go-to person. More
