I'll only use Nicole I was first introduced to Nicole 6 years ago when I bought my first BMW. I told her what I wanted and she found me a great CPO Demo car with low milag I was first introduced to Nicole 6 years ago when I bought my first BMW. I told her what I wanted and she found me a great CPO Demo car with low milage. 3 years later I went back to her to trade in my car and get a newer one. We had chosen the car (another lightly used demo) and I made an appointment to come get it. When I walked in Nicole was literally yelling at the manager (people were staring) because they had just sold the car I was there to pick up. She fought for me and ended up getting me a new car for the same as the CPO car. This past week I told Nicole I wanted to move up into an X3 M40i. I had tested one at Delray BMW and since Nicole is the best, I asked her if she could beat them. Delray gave me a price on an 18 demo with miles on it. NIcole didn't beat it, but got me close enough on a New 19 (with more options) where I'd rather pay more to work with her than the guys at Delray BMW. When I picked it up, the car was ready and I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. A lot of the sales people I've met at other dealerships are WAY too salesy and phony. Not Nicole... She is genuinely looking out for your best interest and doesn't BS you. She is just an overall good person and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone walking into Braman BMW West Palm! More

I arrived and due to recall they are not able to sell them yet. Daniel found an X3 M sport 2017 and was able to sell it to me at the same price as the X1. They gave me a great price for trade in and Turk got me a Low interest rate. I was already pre approved at Disney’s credit union and thought I had a great rate but they cut it in half!! I ended up with a year newer vehicle and a better model! It was a huge upgrade. I can’t believe I almost settled and used someone else for an older car. On top of the longer warranty and certified pre owned. We were there almost 5 hours as Daniel drove me around to all their lots just so I could still see the X1s. We compared them side by side, he also got me some amazing pasta from their employee lunch because I was starving . He almost bought me steak from a local steak house too lol ! Turk was kind and made sure we had the price we wanted to pay per month and made it pretty painless. I will definitely go back to them for my next car and I have already told my neighbor to use them as she is in the market for a new car soon and she loves bmw !! More
