Chris and Osiris did an I outstanding job dealing with my concerns and coming up with a very good solution. LIES! MISLEADING! DO NOT TRUST! I have attached photos showing that Braman BMW advertises the following on its website: "Braman BMW will price match MISLEADING! DO NOT TRUST! I have attached photos showing that Braman BMW advertises the following on its website: "Braman BMW will price match any competitive dealer on genuine OEM BMW and MINI parts." The advertisement also states: "Must provide a written quote from an authorized BMW/MINI dealer prior to purchase. Online quotes, closeout specials, and genuine OEM keys do not qualify for price match. Cannot be combined with any other offers. Some exclusions may apply." When I called, I spoke with Manuel, who was courteous and professional. However, he informed me that Braman BMW would not match another authorized BMW dealer's price. I even provided a receipt showing the lower price I had already paid to another authorized BMW dealership, yet Braman's price was still approximately $160 higher. I asked to speak with a manager, and Manuel advised that I could, but that the manager would tell me the same thing. My issue is not with Manuel—he was professional throughout the conversation. My concern is with the dealership advertising a price-match promise that they were unwilling to honor in my situation. If there are exclusions beyond those listed on the website, they should be clearly disclosed so customers know what to expect before making the effort to request a price match. Based on my experience, the advertised price-match promise was misleading and did not reflect the dealership's actual policy. If they are not willing to keep their "PROMISE," what makes this dealership trustworthy. Stay far away. There are other BMW and car dealerships close by. More

This is a review BRAMAN PORSCHE. ...................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warr ...................... I had a misunderstanding with the service department in regard to what was and was not covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. I declined to have the work done and was NOT happy! I paid the diagnostic fee and left. The following day the service Manager Craig Middleton went out of his way to give me a call to tell me that they made a mistake on the amount out of pocket and he wanted to make it right, and boy did he! They picked up my car from my house dropped off a loaner car repaired my Cayenne in 3 days, refunded my diagnostic fee and did not charge me a dime out of pocket! He also had my car detailed and out front ready to go when I got there! As a retired GM in the car business, I must tell you that Craig and his team did an outstanding job of making a disgruntled customer into a happy customer and I must say now a customer for life!! Thanks Craig and the team a Braman Porsche!! More

I brought my BMW in for a servicing appointment. My service advisor was Eduardo Fuentes. He did an outstanding job. That is why I am spending my time writing this review. He returned my calls quickly, set a convenient time to come in, (handed me a coffee when I did!!!!), documented my concerns, called and emailed what work needed to be done and what it would cost, had the car serviced, returned it freshly washed and cleaned, and charged a reasonable fee. (I value-shopped the European auto service shops in the area. My car is now older and out of warranty.) BMW West Palm Beach was the best value and I trust their work. Loved the service advisor Eduardo Fuentes. Good job! More
