Braman Honda is, by far, the most superior Honda dealership in this county. They are honest, transparent, incredibly professional and personable! The staff, salesman, and managers were amazing, making a tedious and tiring process the smoothest one possible. They were committed to helping my husband and I locate a vehicle that not only fit our family needs, but financial ones as well; they continued to persevere until a deal could be made. Thank you Jorge Loncharich and Ramzi Dagher for your help, your transparency and your honesty! You were the ultimate professionals and made Braman proud! After visiting other Honda dealerships in the northern part of the county, after getting the run around and dishonest communication from the sales department, we began to lose faith, but you restored ours! We would hightly recommend Marie Thelipha. She would definitely rate 5 Stars. Michael (not sure of his last name) in the Sales Dept helped us on his own as we were leaving by showing us how to She would definitely rate 5 Stars. Michael (not sure of his last name) in the Sales Dept helped us on his own as we were leaving by showing us how to connect our phones and other features of the vehicle which was very much appreciated since we had no instruction on the car during the sales process! I would give him 5 plus stars for taking the initiative to approach us! We were in the showroom a total of 7 hours in order to trade in our lease and finance a new lease. Wesley Russell finally brought an offer that was exceptional for the vehicle that fit our needs and budget. More
