Braman advertised a $79. 95 coupon for full synthetic oil change, tire rotation and balance and wiper inserts was denied because I don't have wipers that take the inserts. I asked my service advisor Vito Fabbro to just keep the inserts and was told "No, we can't do that". So I said then just give them to me, again I was told "We can't do that". Vito said, "We can do it ala carte", I said how much, he said "$140". This did not make any sense to me, and I wasn't expecting to spend that much, so I decided to just get the oil change. As part of the service, the service tech does a multi point inspection where they found multiple issues, which is somewhat to be expected(they always find something). As part of the inspection, the tech had to remove the wheels to inspect the brakes. If the wheels were already off, why couldn't they just rotate them, not a big since they had to put them back on, that seems like just ignorance. I ended up paying $59.86 on a synthetic blend oil change only. The service advisor could have worked with me, but was trying to up sell me and I wasn't happy about that. I probably will be taking to future service needs to Delray Honda. Funny thing is, I bought the car from Braman, and they couldn't even honor the coupon because I didn't have wiper inserts(which I offered to let them keep). I had the first appointment of the day at 7:30am and waited about and hour and half for the oil change. I didn't have time to go look for a manager as I didn't want to spend more time there than needed as I had to go to work. Poor customer service. More
