I dropped my car off. They gave me an Uber ride back to condo. They did a thorough diagnostic and told me it was wrong. I left my car there and picked it up. First time here for first maintenance service for my new civic. Went smoothly overall but had to wait quite a bit since there were many others scheduled ahead of me for a Saturday morning which I should’ve civic. While I know that Braman Honda is not always the least expensive dealer for Honda vehicles, their service is phenomenally superior and consistent in comparison to any other Honda dealers I have been to. I am surprised they continue to do so with many sales advisers switching jobs, but my experience with Cathy Rodgers and Finance Manager, Alfonso Murcia were both excellent to say the very least. Andres Olaya and Om Prakash had assisted my brother Randall and I, last we were there with two young ladies we noticed weren’t there, that were in 2021 buying the 2022 EX Civic. So, wanted them to know that I recognized and remembered them also. Bought a 2021 Honda CRV prior in June that year from a dealer we were always loyal with for 20 years, even though further away in Davie, but since their sales service had dropped, we have found Braman our place or preferred service. If you haven’t before, consider Braman Honda definitely! More
