My service advisor, Bill Kendi, was excellent. He was able to squeeze me in at the last second for a very busy Saturday and got the work done as promised. My only problem was the cost of the brake fluid flush (which I got) and for replacing the cabin air filter and engine air filter (which I didn't get). For example, the two air filters came to $139.00 but I was able to get them both on my way home for a total of $29.00 and install them myself in less than five minutes. This type of overcharging is why I hesitate to recommend the dealership for routine maintenance issues, even though Bill was excellent. More
