Carlos Moreno was wonderful to work with. I had never purchased a car online so I knew I was taking a risk, but I had owned 4 consecutive Honda Accords, so I knew the Honda quality. From the very beginning Carlos was phenomenal: he answered all my questions and he kept the process going by communicating to me everything I had to do and documents I had to provide. This was alot since there was the lender I procured, the insurance company, the transport company and, of course, Braman, the seller. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently and I thanked Carlos for that. I would also like to commend Om, who answered a number of questions I had on the documents I had to complete and return to Braman. More
