Nick was great, Braman dealership not so much. There is no free service to the customers while waiting like food or drinks. WORST experience I ever experienced with Honda. It took 2 hours for my to receive a oil change. My advisor Krystal was no help either. She didn’t keep me updated and I had to look for her after two It took 2 hours for my to receive a oil change. My advisor Krystal was no help either. She didn’t keep me updated and I had to look for her after two hours of waiting. After I found her, she told me it’s only been hour and a half, even though I been there for two hours. By far the WORST advisor I had also. Her attitude was nonchalant and unapologetic. My last advisor Jasmine kept me update through everything durning my last service. More
