Very efficient and courteous Service Consultant (Susan Rutledge) came out to meet us personally and then came back when the car was finished to fill me in on particulars and explain the invoice. It took Rutledge) came out to meet us personally and then came back when the car was finished to fill me in on particulars and explain the invoice. It took a little more time than it should have (for a simple oil & filter change, routine inspection of systems and replacing wiper blades), but her kindness and special attention made up for that. I know of other auto dealerships where the service team could take a few lessons from you guys. More
