Valerie Chrystal provided an excellent customer experience! Fitting us in on a busy weekend day, I called in the morning the day of. I usually will do whatever I can to avoid bringing our cars into dealerships Fitting us in on a busy weekend day, I called in the morning the day of. I usually will do whatever I can to avoid bringing our cars into dealerships because of the delays, waits, and time lost from the commitment. Valerie served up an entirely opposite experience than what I was dreading. She squeezed us in, personally met us for the intake of our vehicle, in 5 minutes I was out the door after dropping off our vehicle for a service with a promotion discount. A couple hours later, it was done! Plenty of time left to pick up our car before we needed it for the next day. She checked off all our boxes with a smile on her face, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service. Thanks Braman! More
