I needed to decide whether to have it towed Salesman Hansel Zepeda was wonderful. My car was involved in a crash and it was no longer safe to drive. I needed to decide whether to have it towed to a repair shop, or a car dealership. Since the car was a Honda Accord that was almost 12 years old, I decided to call Braman Honda to talk to one of their sales persons about the option of my trading in my car for a new one. By chance, salesman Hansel Zepeda got my call, told me that Braman was running some specials and said he would meet me there when I arrived. I got there that afternoon, and there he was to greet me. He had already selected some cars that he thought I might be interested in based on our earlier phone conversation. He was helpful but not pushy as some sales people can be.The price I paid was more than what I wanted (isn’t it always when purchasing a car?), but was reasonable, so I agreed. The next step was to meet the financial advisor to discuss payment options. That is when I met Omar Veras. He also was knowledgeable, personal and discussed the payment options with me. Although he explained the pros and cons of them, he never pressured me to choose one over the other. So there I was driving home my brand new Honda Accord. I had to return for a few matters. Again salesman Hansel Zepeda met me at the agreed time and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. More
