First time in for Oil change and tire rotations service and check of all vital areas. Vada was great she got me in and out and less than 1 1/2 hour and half even had my car washed for me. Everyone there was very nice to speak with and communicated with me about the progress they were making. So I felt comfortable I would be out in time. Thank you employees' of Braman Honda! They deposited my $20,000 check TWICE! Alyne was not even apologetic. Horrible service on the finance part. Aylne also lied to us about certain banks declined our loan, but in fact, it was Alyne was not even apologetic. Horrible service on the finance part. Aylne also lied to us about certain banks declined our loan, but in fact, it was because we locked our credit report for security reason and forgot to unlock it before we made the purchase of a new car. Our credit score is above 800. She could just tell us the truth and we will unlock it right there. Thoroughly unprofessional and deceitful. More
