My experience at Braman Honda and particularly with Vada Fernandez was excellent. They were able to diagnose the problem with my Honda Element with nothing more to go on than my "It just doesn't sound right Fernandez was excellent. They were able to diagnose the problem with my Honda Element with nothing more to go on than my "It just doesn't sound right," provide me with a rental and have the car back to me in two days. The texts and video showing the repair process kept me up to date, and Vada was available to answer my questions. More

I came in to look at Honda CRV. I found the one I wanted and the price online was 22,500. Whne I told my salesman I wanted it, he came back and started adding all kinds of feature I found the one I wanted and the price online was 22,500. Whne I told my salesman I wanted it, he came back and started adding all kinds of features to the car (tinted windows, anti theft, etc.) and wanted to jack up the price. Just shoot me straight from the get go. I love my car but hate the way he tried to jack up the price. More
