After test driving several other small to midsized trucks, I decided I liked the Honda Ridgeline the best. My truck shopping started online and it was Karen Shoemaker who convinced me to stop in to talk to a salesman. She sent me information on the Honda Ridgelines that you had in stock and only shared the newest models with me that met my specifications. When I liked the silver Ridgeline, she made an appointment for me to meet with Frank Diaz. I was frazzled from truck shopping all day. Mr. Diaz was patient with me. I really appreciated that he listened to me and did not treat me like the salesmen at other dealerships. After negotiating, Mr. Diaz walked me out so I could go home to sleep on it. On December 21st, 2023, I returned and bought that truck! Mr. Diaz took me for a test drive, then finalized the purchase documents. Then Aylin Fernandez very professionally processed the financial paperwork. Your insurance professional, Anisley Moll, was amazing! I came in with quotes from two other insurance companies and she got me a much lower price with better coverage than either of them.
