My visits recently were the best I ever had at Honda with Catherine. I was surprised my former serviceman, Nick was no longer there and I was slightly disappointed. UNITL...I met Catherine. She was so communicative, went above and beyond, explained what was done to my car and why. Anything automotive is out of my wheel house. I felt really confident and safe that she was a woman. That helped a lot with my anxiety. Honestly, the best experience. She even writes little notes on the paperwork. :) More
