The big issue was the time element . I arrived on time for my 11 o'clock oil change, and I did not receive my invoice until 1:26. I know that it only takes 5-10 minutes to change the oil and filter. When I was at the cashier station, I had to wait yet another 7 minutes to cash out because he was on the phone. I also had texted my rep at 12:45 to inquire of an eta,and never recieved a response. I was given a reduction of $5.99 for the extended wait time, I found it insulting that my time was worth so little. More
