Phone service scheduler did not inform me that my airbag recall appointment would take 3 to 3 1/2 hours, and that the dealership recommended I leave my car overnight in case any problems came up. Everything turned out ok because Rodney, my 'Service Assistant' was able to expedite my the airbag replacement, and get my car washed, as well. Great job, Rodney...thank you so much! More

Very dissatisfied. I got there 3:13 for a oil change and tire rotation. My car was ready and sitting outside Susan was the advisor. She did not notify. By was now it was way pass 4pm when I went outside to enquirer , found out my car was ready and she still had the paper work , not sent to the cashier . This is my first time going for service since Urie Salmon left . With Urie as my advisor he was so thorough, I never had to ask any questions, he would explain everything. He sure was a GREAT ASSET to your company. I did ask to have Susan call me today so she could explain why a filter that was supposed to be installed was denied. I am still waiting for her call. Not good for customers. More
