Braman Honda of Palm Beach - Service Center

I made an appointment for an early oil change and tire rotation. The representative that was assigned to my car never reached out to me, hours went by, so I called to see if my car was ready for pick up b rotation. The representative that was assigned to my car never reached out to me, hours went by, so I called to see if my car was ready for pick up because I had to go to work soon. He was not in his office, so it went to voicemail. I called the general line for the service department, they said they would have him call me back once they find him. 20 minutes went by, so I texted his number, more time had passed, and he finally called me. It took hours to do simple maintenance, and the car was dropped off early with an early appointment. I understand that it was a Saturday and its the busiest day of the week, so that is why I made an early appointment, but because the representative never reached out to me, and was extremely difficult to get a hold of is why I will not be returning to this dealership. He gave me a discount for the service, without me asking for one, but that does not excuse his lack of communication and the long wait time for doing simple maintenance. I also chose to not leave a review so it would not poorly reflect on him, but because I keep getting multiple texts and emails begging for a review is why I am filling this out, to stop getting all these messages.
