We have brought our 2016 Honda Pilot for service for the past 3 years, every 7,500 miles. We receive coupons in the mail for service that provide some savings. We have also had 3 recall services including past 3 years, every 7,500 miles. We receive coupons in the mail for service that provide some savings. We have also had 3 recall services including a problem with the start/stop button on a few other issues, the service was delayed due to parts being available, but a long term issue that had been an intermittent problem was solved during this service visit. The Service Manager contacted us when the service completion was delayed due to parts shipment to the dealership and offered a loaner car during the delay. The dealership provides good service at a reasonable prices. More
