The salesman Joey who used to work there now works somewhere else, sold me a lemon and I just purchased the car not only a month ago. I went to Braman Honda and Nissan and they both won’t help me fix somewhere else, sold me a lemon and I just purchased the car not only a month ago. I went to Braman Honda and Nissan and they both won’t help me fix the car and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee and advised it’s non refundable. If the repairs are under warranty then they will cover the costs! This is unacceptable and no one wants to take accountability or help me with the car I purchased. I also found out the car doesn’t even have an extended warranty like the dealership advised! I spoke to Nissan corporate and they were the ones who advised me the car doesn’t have the warranty that the dealership advised it had! More

If I could give them a zero I would. My AC went in my 2019 Honda Pilot with only 24k miles and I took it in on June 21st. They diagnosed with the "Black Death". The AC was totally shot. My AC went in my 2019 Honda Pilot with only 24k miles and I took it in on June 21st. They diagnosed with the "Black Death". The AC was totally shot. Thankfully I had an extended warranty which covered the replacement. They kept the car and said the compressor was on back order and the part would be in on July 5th. My extended warranty covered a rental. They provided me with a Ford F150 as a replacement. Mind you, I have a family of 6, with four kids. I could not take my whole family in one vehicle. July 5th came and they said the part was still not there and told me it would be there on the 10th. The 10th came and they now pushed it back to the 25th! On the 17th I got a call from the Honda rep who informed me the rental would not be covered any longer and that I needed to return the vehicle the next day! They said the part was still planned to arrive on the 25th. I said what I am supposed to do in the meantime? He said you will have to pay for your own rental and initially he told me I was not allowed to get my Pilot back until it was fixed. After complaining to the supervisor, they released my car to me, but with no A/C. As all of you in the South Florida area know, we have been having record breaking heat and been under a heat advisory for the past three weeks. I could not use the Pilot. You may also have heard about the postal worker that just died due to heat stroke. This is a dangerous situation and Honda essentially said I was SOL and had to deal with this myself! I said you should provide me with a loaner until the part arrives and they denied that and said they no longer do that. They only offered me their corporate rental rate for the time being. When I asked what happens if that part does not come in on the 25th as they said two different representatives informed me that some customers had to wait up to 5 months for a part to arrive. Ok so I am supposed to pay for a rental for an unspecified amount of time because you do not have a part that my warranty covers! How is that a warranty if you cant fix it?! And guess what the latest update is? Yep on the 25th I called and the part has not arrived and now the arrival date if August 1st! Again one of their reps said it may be months before it arrives! How is this even allowed or legal. Well I am about to seek legal counsel to see if it actually is. BEWARE HONDA and beware their extended warranties! My families safety is at risk and all they have to say is we are sorry. I am one unsatisfied customer and this has left a bad impression on Honda as a whole that I will no longer consider buying a vehicle from them in the future. More
