I dropped my car off around 9 am, someone else did my intake. My Hyuandai had a recall, which was why I came in, but I explained to him that my car jolts every time I brake. He affirmed that the mechanic would inspect the brakes and fix it if there was an issue, and that it would take 3-4 hours. He said Orlando would call or text me when it's ready. 4 hours pass by, and I did not hear from Orlando or the dealership. I texted Orlando around 2pm, and he said it would take another hour and a half. I asked again about the breaks, he said they will check it out. By 4pm, still not text or call from Orlando. I call Orlando and he assures me it will only be 20 minutes. So I walk over by 4:25, and explain to him (for the second time) that I have a flight to catch, so if it's not ready I have to leave the car at the dealership. He tells me it will only be 10 minutes. I wait another 20 minutes, and he says the car is coming. I have to leave, and tell him I have to go to the airport and then he finally gets the keys around 5pm. I asked about the brakes, he said the issue was resolved because it was due to the recall. I drive the car, and the brakes still jolt. This was a terrible experience with Braman. Please don't tell people a time for pickup and lie multiple times about when it will be ready. And please don't lie about a mechanical issue being fixed if no one cares to even inspect it. I had to walk 10 miles that day to run errands in the heat all due to the teams inability to communicate and do so with honesty. More

We've been customers of Hyundai (and I think Braman) since 2009. I liked that Daniel texted me near the end of our lease in a very complete but low pressure way, rather than all the Braman sales agents since 2009. I liked that Daniel texted me near the end of our lease in a very complete but low pressure way, rather than all the Braman sales agents that were trying to call us in the last few months, which we did not answer because it was premature and felt a little pressuring. Then when we were ready to act a couple of weeks after his text, we texted Daniel and made the appointment.........the only negative is we wonder why Hyundai made such a radical (and in our view somewhat negative) change in the overall look of the Santa Fe.
