The post-sale service experience was honestly disappointing. While I understand my vehicle needed to remain in the shop for 3 days for proper diagnosis and repairs, when I picked it up today nobo disappointing. While I understand my vehicle needed to remain in the shop for 3 days for proper diagnosis and repairs, when I picked it up today nobody explained what work was performed, what parts were replaced, or what exactly was fixed on the vehicle. Additionally, I requested courtesy transportation to pick up my vehicle since I live far away, which the dealership has usually offered in the past, but this time I did not even receive a response to my text message regarding the request. Communication and customer follow-up during and after the repair process should be improved significantly. More
