This is a follow up on a previous review. I went there with a problem, they fixed it, thank you. I go home and I found out, I now have a problem with a sliding door on an odyssey that was ne I went there with a problem, they fixed it, thank you. I state that in my review and I get an answer (AI ) back on review saying, sorry you had an issue with your sliding door. SORRY doesn't help. I'll figure it out myself. More

Considering I drove it in without an appointment the work was done in a very timely fashion. Carla was very good in explaining what was being and when it would be ready for pickup. My two complaints, When I got the vehicle home I realized the passenger side sliding door was dead, not working. It always worked something happened during service. I called the service department the next morning and I was told that they would talk to the tech and get back to me, that never happened. Second complaint, you guys are crazy expensive. I usually do my own work, i have pretty good idea of what it takes to do a job. VERY expensive. More
