Very disappointed with the service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged 130.00. Thankfully I had a coupon which I was told “ next time I need it when you check i I asked for an oil change and tire rotation and was charged 130.00. Thankfully I had a coupon which I was told “ next time I need it when you check in… then I proceeded to ask if they will rotate my tires bc in the past they said they did and didn’t. I was assured they did. When I spoke to mechanic who worked on my car he said “ he couldn’t rotate them but forgot to mark it on sheet” he stated that they didn’t need rotating . I was charged and assured it was done. I’m tired of this dealership and the lies and the constant upcharge . Never will I go there again. This isn’t the first time this has happened. More
