I HAD OWNED MY 2000 HONDA ACCORD FOR 11 YEARS AND THE CAR HAD ALWAYS RUN GREAT, THEREFORE, THE RELIABILITY FACTOR WITH HONDA WAS NO QUESTION IN OUR MIND. ALTHOUGH, AS A TYPICAL CONSUMER, I COMPARED THE HONDA ACCORD TO THE OTHER VEHICLES IN IT'S CLASS. IN DOING MY COMPARISION, I WAS QUITE TORN WITH THE PRICE POINT COMPARED TO THE COMPETITION. ALTHOUGH, WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GO OVER THE FINAL NUMBERS, THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE ENDED UP BEING MUCH LESS OF A DIFFERENCE THAN EXPECTED. UPON PICKING UP THE NEW CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP, MATT'S GREAT SERVICE CONTINUED IN HELPING US CLEARLY UNDERSTAND HOW TO OPERATE THE VARIOUS FEATURES THAT THE NEW CAR OFFERED. THIS WAS A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE THAN WHAT WE HAD ENCOUNTERED WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS. WHEN PICKING UP OTHER NEW VEHICLES, WE'VE BASICALLY BEEN GIVEN THE KEYS AND TOLD TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE CAR BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE FINAL ROUND OF SALES PITCHES WHEN SIGNING PAPERS.
