I dropped in on the dealership initially because I just wanted to get a look at the CRV. Even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon and I didn't have an appointment, I was promptly introduced to Chris, who got the keys to a CRV, patiently answered my questions, and let me measure, check the seats, and poke around until I had the information I needed. I took my time researching and looking at a few brands, and Chris never put any pressure on me. I wound up test driving two different vehicles and looking at several others, and Chris took care of all of my requests cheerfully. The price he offered was quite reasonable, and we were able to agree on the terms very quickly (I was amazed, frankly). Matt Goodwin processed my financing application and handled the sale paperwork - another pleasant experience. His explanations were clear and concise, and he was very professional in discussing optional warranties and services. Best of all, he respected my decisions; when I said no to something, he didn't waste my time arguing and trying to push me into buying something I didn't want. I'm very happy with the purchase and with this dealership. I plan to come back for service (and for my next car) - and I've already recommended Chris and Brandfon to friends. More
When we began looking for our new car we immediately began looking for the salesman we always do business with. Although we where serveal states away we decided that his honesty, integrity and overall excellence in customer satisfaction was worth our travels. We took delivery on our 2010 honda civic 2 weeks ago today and couldn't be happier. We found that our travel from NY to CT for the reassurance of dealing with someone like Jeff's professionalism was well worth it. Just happy we found him and his team. More
I sent price requests to four Honda dealerships on Sunday (11/21). Kathryn's was the lowest and since it was complete, I made an appointment with her to see a car that night (11/22). She showed me a couple of Civics and we took one for a test drive. After that, she asked me what I wanted to do next. I said, let's see what my trade in will be. The review was done while we did the test drive, so the price was ready and it was good. She asked what I wanted to do next. I said, let's see what the total cost will be. The cost was what I expected - there was nothing added or inflated. She asked if I wanted to think about it or had any concerns. I agreed to the deal and arranged to finalize it with Rob the next evening. When I got to the dealership last night (11/23), Rob had everything ready to go. The interest rate was what I expected, the prices were what I expected, and the paper signing and review of options, etc took about half an hour and after final review, I was on my way. Thanks for a great experience! There were no hassles and everything was done as it was promised. More

We read reviews of the dealership on line and thought maybe they had written their own reviews. Were we mistaken; these people are really nice! We had a number of appointments set up for the day and Brandfon was the first. We arrived at the dealership and were very impressed with the look. There was a pumpkin display and some wonderful looking orchids. The receptionist was extremly pleasant and a number of sales people asked if we wanted coffee. Then we were taken to Kathryn Woodford's desk. She was outstanding. She really knew her stuff. Never was there pressure. We were treated well throughout the process by everyone. At the end of the test drive and a discussion of costs, we were left alone for a moment and both my wife and I agreed we had never been at a dealership like this AND we would never find another deal like it! Needless to say we bought the car and after 3 hours at the dealership, drove away in a Honda Civic, manual transmission that I love! I have recommended the dealership to anyone who asked me if I had a new car! We drove an hour and fifteen minutes to get there (there aren't many manuals around these days) and would definitely go there again (and intend to)! More
I went in for an express service oil change. I was greeted immediately and taken in for service. It took about 45 minutes for oil change and accompanying service. I knew what I wanted. I had done my research. I had been negotiating with Westbrook Honda for over a month. I walked into Brandfon Honda on a Friday night because I was in the area and gave Adam my proposal negotiating with Westbrook Honda for over a month. I walked into Brandfon Honda on a Friday night because I was in the area and gave Adam my proposal. To my astonishment, with one small exception, they accepted my offer. Adam was friendly, professional, knowledgeable with absolutely no pressure. In under 1 hour we had agreed on a deal. That Friday night, Matt walked me through everything I would need on Monday. On Monday Rob handled the paper work with ease and efficiency. Adam showed me the details on the car and shared the manuals, etc. Monday afternoon I drove off in my new 2010 Honda Fit. And then, on Tuesday, I received a call from Mr. Brandfon himself thanking me for my purchase and extending his help in any way should I need it. What a wonderful dealership!!! I am now convinced, in spite of the 25 mile drive to Brandfon, that this car will be serviced there. I have all ready begun to recommend Brandfon Honda to family and friends. More

Randy was very hospitable. When I arrived on the second day, he greeted me with a warm smile and said "Hey you made it!!". Honda made my experience feel very personable.
