Two days later, we arrived at the showroom and within the hour, I found the perfect car for me. Daniel stayed in touch throughout the process and after delivery of the car. I've ha very frustrating time trying to purchase a car. I first went to Executive Honda in Wallingford CT and it took them over a week to tell me that they could not help me out. Our visit to Brandfon Honda was a pleasure from the very beginning. When I stopped by on Friday Joel came out to greet me and he was very easy to talk with. We talked about what I was interested in and he showed me what was on the lot. We also discussed the low interest rate Honda was offering. Before I left, Joel said he would see if he could locate a White Manual Honda Fit Sport, which was what I wanted. On Saturday both my husband and I went to see Joel to talk more. When we got there and let him know that we were seriously thinking of buying he told us that he had the vehicle I was interested in, on the lot. He said he would find one and he did! When we sat down with Rob to talk business we were both very cautious. It had been 25 years since we last had a car payment and making a payment for 5 years made us both a little nervous. Rob put us both at ease. He encouraged us to get the GAP insurance outlining the importance of it, and we felt that the cost was more than worth it. Rob made the entire process easy and alleviated any anxieties we might have had. Both my husband and I have driven Honda vehicles for 20 years and we knew we were getting a very well made and reliable car. We have a 1992 Honda Accord Wagon with 205,000 miles and it runs beautifully. We are looking forward to many years with our new car. Joel and Rob were wonderful. They were both very comfortable to talk with and made us feel that all our wants and needs were very important. They both encouraged us to call them with any questions we might have.
