Just the other day I had picked up my 2007 Honda Civic LX and have never felt so much confidence in investing in a car. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with Branfon Honda. We started the transaction working through Branfon / Costco on-line to get a quote. An absolute no hassle experience. We could select the options that we were interested in with no pressure. We were able to select a car and close the deal in about an hour. The CRV we selected was ready for pick up the next day. This was our 4th CRV purchase, so pretty familiar with the car. In realizing this, Kathryn went through the demonstration quickly for us. She covered all the key points which was perfect. Our experience with Rob Cottingham was also very good. Even though he had been going all day with no time for lunch, he was still extremely pleasant and efficient at 7pm at night. We completely all the paperwork and he explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a very hassle free, no pressure experience. Everyone was personable and addressed us by name (even the kids).
