I was shopping for 2011 Pilot, and I live in New York. I was looking for a specific color and a good price. I shyed away from a number of dealers on Long Island (close to home) because of their pushiness. Kathryn assited in my the entire process and made it seem very easy. The most interesting part of the process was that I had to go from my house (Long Island New York) to Connecticut to pick up my new truck. Kat arranged for me to be picked up at the Bridgeport ferry terminal which was about 1/2 hour from Brandfon. I took the ferr from Port Jeff, which was a 1/2 hour from my house. My wife and I had a beautiful, relaxing sunny trip across Long Island sound, and were met by a pleasant, professional young man from Brandfon (Dave) who picked us up in Bridgeport and took us to the dealership. We were pressed for time as we had a ferry to catch on the way back. Kat and Matt made the final details of the process smooth and easy, and knew we did not want any last minute sales pitches to jack up the price. They respected our wishes. We were able to make our ferry, meet my sister in law and my 8 year old daughter for dinner in Port Jeff, and surprise her with a new truck! This was our second used honda purchase. We were so happy with our first accord ,we decided to make the trip from Berlin yet again to purcase another accord. He made the whole process so easy for us, quoted us a bottom line price and talked to the business manager, Matt Goodwin about getting credit approval. We left to think about it and told Joe we would get back to him later in the day. We drove to a nearby dinner and had some lunch and made our decision to buy the car. We called Joe and told him that we would be returning to complete the paperwork and a few hours later we were on our way home with our new car. We both were very impressed by the service we were given and how quick the process was.
