For approximately 30 years I have been driving Honda automobiles in New England.Needless to say I think highly of the brand and have dealt with 5 or 6 different dealers.A number of years ago I had the g automobiles in New England.Needless to say I think highly of the brand and have dealt with 5 or 6 different dealers.A number of years ago I had the good fortune to meet up with a general manager by the name of Bob Szymanowski. In subsequent years I have purchased multiple vehicles from Mr. Szymanowski.Bob has always gone out of his way to assist me in my purchases even though he obviouly is not a salesperson.I am sure his time is valuable but he never hesitated to spend the time required to work out the fairest deals.His genuine concern for my satisfaction before as well as after the sale has continued to impress me.My most recent purchase of an Accord Ex was delivered to my business do to my hectic schedule. It's not the norm for a general manager to contact the customer after the sale but Bob has never missed the oppurtunity to do just that.I know that in todays market, price is a large determing factor in many customers buying decision.I am sure that some dealer somewhere could of beaten Bob's pricing over the years.I guess I am old fashion in that I am more concerned about my overall treatment and comfort level than price.My relationship with the service dept. has also been excellent.My car has always been returned in top shape.I might add that I currently live over 60 miles from Brandfon Honda but still choose to deal with them in all my Honda needs.I hope other customers have had the opportunity to turn their vehicle purchase from a dreaded necesity to a pleasent event. I purchased my 2010 Accord through Brandfon via the Costco Auto Buying service. My salesman was courteous, friendly, no pressure, very helpful - a pleasure to deal with. He followed through on a couple of concerns I had concerning my trade-in and options I was interested in - both were cared for to my satisfaction. Financing was a painless effort, no high pressure sales tactics for extended warrantees and vehicle protection (they were offered however). I would definitely use this dealer and Costco in the future. More
I have been doing business with Brandfon Honda for the past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Between myself and my immediate family, we have purchased 19 new Honda past 22 years, and I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Between myself and my immediate family, we have purchased 19 new Hondas from Brandfon. As far as referrals, I have personally referred at least 25 friends, neighbors, and co-workers ( I actually lost count; it could be quite a bit more) to Brandfon who have purchased cars, and many others to the service department, all of whom have thanked me for steering them to such a fine dealership. I have always been treated with respect and felt valued as a customer, two areas that is sadly not the norm with so many other car dealerships. The sales department is knowledgeable, professional and not high pressure( which I think is very important)...special thanks to Nick Pawlowicz. The service department is fantastic in getting done the work quickly and more importantly, always done right the first time.....special callout to Randy Newton and Joe Whitmore. Also, a thank you to Brian Chase for all his help over the years with my servise needs. It is greatly appreciated!! I would HIGHLY recommend Brandfon Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, or for servicing a Honda they may have. Keep up the good work!! I've purchased three new cars in my lifetime. This was my best experience. Brandfon Honda gave me a good price online for my 2010 Civic XEL. I worked with Kat for about 3 months before we finally took delivery of our new Pilot. She kept us informed of the progress and was very friendly. When we finally took delivery of our car she went through the car thoroughly explaining every button and knob and was very knowledgeable. Her follow up after the sale was great. We felt we weren't just another sale, we were a valued customer. We worked with Matt on the finance end, he was very informative also. He explained throughly the financial aspect of the sale. He was very friendly and competent. The only issue i had was we were not very impressed with the finance rates but over all we were satisfied and would highly reccommend Brandfon Honda to anyone in the market for a Honda. More
I am from MN and was travelling to CT. I was purchasing a Honda Odyssey as a present to my son and daughter-in-law to provide a save ride for the first grandchild. Through the COSTCO auto program I was put i Honda Odyssey as a present to my son and daughter-in-law to provide a save ride for the first grandchild. Through the COSTCO auto program I was put in touch with Brandfon Honda. I received an e-mail from Gabe Parilla almost immediately upon touching base with COSTCO. I asked numerous questions to Gabe -- all by e-mail. Gabe was incredibly responsive -- over and over again. He was totally forthcoming with the pricing in a simple and understandable way. Once we decided on the model (EX-L) and the color (Metallic Slate) he took less than a day to get the car; and less than another day to have the car ready for delivery. I never met Gabe until I walked into the dealership to pay for the car. Yet, I felt like we had known each other for a considerable length of time. I could not imagine anyway in which Gabe could have improved his performance. I would unhesitatingly recommend contacting Gabe (gparrilla@brandfonhonda.com)if you are buying a Honda. This was the first time I purchased a car through the internet, I will never do it any other way. In fact, it would tempting to drive from MN to CT (1300+ miles) to duplicate this incredibly great car buying experience. KUDOS TO GABE and Brandfon. More
We had an excellent experience at the Brandfon dealership. Kathryn was very personable and enjoyable to work with. Matt Goodwin was detail oriented and helped us with all of our financial questions. He made the financing paperwork easy. Both he and Kathryn certainly made our overall buying experience an excellent one. Later, when I had a problem with the tire pressure indicator, Joe Whitmore was very helpful. When asked a question about the sound system, Joegot Matt from sales to help me. Matt was excellent in helping me fine tune the sound and answering all the questions about the CD player and how to modulate the tones in the sound system. Thus far, in dealing with the Branfon dealership, we must say that we are very pleased and happy with our purchase. More
