We had been out all day looking for a van for our our soon to be family of 5. On our way home I got a notification that there was one at Branfon Honda so my husband and I decided to take one last look. F soon to be family of 5. On our way home I got a notification that there was one at Branfon Honda so my husband and I decided to take one last look. From the moment we walked into Branfon Honda we felt comfortable. Chris Donofrio walked over and and asked if we needed any help. From there everything was smooth sailing. We test drove the van and we picked it up the next day. Our girls love it. Chris was super nice, and laid back. He kept it real the whole time and we didn’t feel pressured into anything like we had at other places during the day. Christopher Augur got us great deals on our warranty and APR. Overall just a great experience! We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you guys so much! More

LOW PRESSURE SALES, HIGH EXPECTATIONS I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership by a friend's recommendation. As a female walking into a car dealership, it can be stres I was in the market for a new car and went to this dealership by a friend's recommendation. As a female walking into a car dealership, it can be stressful and intimidating. However, this was the exception. I made an appointment to test drive the Honda HR-V and was greeted by a wonderful woman who introduced me to my sales consultant Bilal Zafar. I discussed my needs and he actually listened. He never tried to up sell or dazzle me with unnecessary features or packages.. As a single mother who works full time, I am conscious of my budget and did not want to make an immediate decision based on emotion which so many other car dealers attempt. When I fell in love with the HR-V, it was time to discuss numbers. The sales manager Steve gave me the most competitive pricing and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. They exceeded all of my expectations and never tried to pressure me into buying before I was completely satisfied. Nothing is worse than going into a dealership and hearing, "What do I need to do today, to get you to buy right now?" We live in a world where consumes are more sophisticated and this is one of the few dealerships who recognize that. I highly recommend asking to meet with Bilal because he is such a delight and I can't wait to work with him again. More

I called this poor lady constantly after I bought the HRV because even though she showed me how to operate the sound system, I still couldn't figure it out. She was patient with me and helped me each time I came back. If you want to buy a car go to Branfon Honda and ask for Joanne Panzo. She is great!!!!. More

Poor communication My husband went into Brandfon (8/16) to look for a white 2016 Honda Civic. He found one with the help of salesperson Chris Augur. On 8/19 I went back My husband went into Brandfon (8/16) to look for a white 2016 Honda Civic. He found one with the help of salesperson Chris Augur. On 8/19 I went back with him to see the car and we put a $500 deposit down. We were told the car just came in “like 2 days ago” and they were waiting for the title to come from MA , and they also needed to do the inspection and repair/replace anything that was warranted because this is a “certified pre-owned “ vehicle. We were told we would hear from them on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday evening I hadn’t heard back so I called Chris. We made arrangements to come in Friday afternoon between 4-4:30 and purchase the vehicle. I got there on Friday at 4:20, Chris came out and asked how my day was, then he told me his was busy because he was in training for another position. When I said “ok can I buy my car now?” He said “ hold on , I’ll be right back.” When he got back I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me purchasing cars and the man who does the paperwork wouldn’t be able to get to us before they close at 6pm. Come back on Sunday at 3:00. ( I thought I had an appointment?). So Sunday we arrived at 2:45, sat with the financial guy who apologized for not having the paperwork in order because he was told our appointment was at 4:00!! Finally I was given my vehicle but....” you’ll have to stop back in at your convenience because we only have one key and need to make another one. Ok......... I was shown how to use the cars computer/Bluetooth and we left. On Thursday 8/29 we received a call stating that our air conditioning condenser part had come in and we could schedule a time to bring the car in and have it replaced. No one ever told us that the condenser needed replacing. I was offered Friday at 1:30 to drop off the car, they said it should only take a couple of hours. I got there and the nice woman in the service department asked if I had already paid for the repair service. I explain that I just got the car on Sunday and I was sure it was under warranty. Then she asked for the paperwork I was given for the repair, I explained I never even knew I needed a repair and was given no paperwork. She then asked If I planned to pick up the car today? I said yes and was there a reason I may not be able to? She said it seemed like a lot of work and they close at 5:30. I informed her that I know none of this was her fault, but if I was unable to get my car today there was going to be a huge problem! I was called 2 1/2 hours later and went to pick up the car with the new condenser and the new key. I hope I never have to go there again myself and would absolutely never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
