Consistently superior I just drove home with the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Brandfon Honda over the years (two new pilots and two new CR-Vs.) The staff at Brandfon handled the transaction like pro's, and all were affable and courteous, and the coffee was fresh. Ed Meeley was the salesman for this transaction and the prior CRV in 2016 , so I was familiar with his easygoing, professional approach to the negotiations and impressed by his knowledge of various vehicle models. It's clear that he has done his homework. He is a gentleman who understands the deal, often making sure to ask my opinion before offering his own view, making legitimate contrasts between models, options and customer budget limits. During the test drive he actually listens to the customer's questions and observations. He made it look easy but I'm certain I could never do it. His preparedness and handling of the process is what got me to commit to the CRV-EX this time around as well, and I couldn't be more satisfied with this vehicle; the exterior body styling is snazzy to look at and easily blends luxury with practicality in a mid-range way that is easy to see and experience. The interior is well thought out, spacious and comfy, with various methods of increasing the cargo area, including rear seats that flip upright and lock, opening the floor space in the backseat area for large or bulky stuff. The cornering, braking and acceleration are outstanding for this class of vehicle. The cabin is nicely appointed and easy to figure out, with superb sightlines to the blind spots, and nothing in the dashboard, console, steering wheel or doors that seems inconvenient or unnecessary. There are technical flourishes evident in the keyless ignition, audible proximity warning, anti-theft and braking systems; this model offers the remote start, an efficient back-up camera and an expansive view through the glass, just to name a few. I can fit two grown sons and a week's worth of camping, fishing and outdoor gear into a CRV, with plenty of room to spare, and that is what really pleases many of us CRV owners: the actual volume of tools & gear, groceries, luggage, whatever, that will fit inside this crossover, over 70 cubic feet. The affordability, reliability and reputation of Honda vehicles are well-known for a reason. I am a satisfied Brandfon customer who plans to return for another new car in the future. More
