Fast Exceptional Service I needed an oil change for my 2014 Honda CVR. Jeremy Cordova was my service representative. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had a piece fall out f I needed an oil change for my 2014 Honda CVR. Jeremy Cordova was my service representative. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had a piece fall out from the bottom of the passenger side dash that I asked to be put back. He explained this would be no problem. I had expected to wait at least and hour for my service based on the number of people in the customer waiting area. To my surprise I was done in under 40 minutes and my vehicle was washed clean as well. Jeremy reviewed with me other maintenance needs I may have based on the repair professional's recommendations and advised I can set up an appointment at my convenience. Overall it was a very positive experience. More

I had recently reached my 30,000 mile mark...yes it has taken me 7 years but that's what happens when you retire. The service area is always clean and quiet. The service folks always polite and informative. Waiting for my car in their recently remodeled showroom if very comfortable. Other than having several different music stations....the wait was tolerable. I always bring a good book with me. The only suggestion I would have has nothing to do with service, which really is the main concern. I would suggest they pick one source for music and not have two different sources besides the audio from Honda commercials on the screens around the seats and the tv. More

Always great service! I always get great service here. This time when I went to book my appointment I told the scheduling person I was probably going to need a large servic I always get great service here. This time when I went to book my appointment I told the scheduling person I was probably going to need a large service because of my milage. She said they don’t do that and that it would be on a need base according to what the tech said the car would need, so she quoted two other services other than the oil change. When I areive at service desk they told me I needed a full big milage service and it was going to be twice $ quited because there were more fluids to change and flush. That was disappointing. I had to put the charge on my credit card - no good! More

He was extremity helpful and supportive on my search and guided me extensively. He has goes beyond expectation as He came due me during his vacation to complete my documents. Today while delivering the vehicle, he showed utmost professionalism by explaining each and every bit of Honda features. If it was not Eddie them I would have moved to other dealer. In short my experience on my new vehicle was made smooth by Eddie. More
