Service was ok, didn’t resolve all my issues I bought a used car 3 months ago. I realized I wasn’t given a second key recently and asked service if I could request a copy. They said no and I was given a quote for a new key. I also have no mats in my car and when asked they gave me a quote. When service called after my visit to make sure I had a good visit I mentioned how these issues were not really resolved. The woman was nice and transferred me to my salesman who wasn’t at his desk so I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. No one followed up with me after.
