What I really wanted Wes and the other sales reps at Brandfon really helped me get what I wanted. After visiting three other Honda dealers in CT (two of which had horrible Wes and the other sales reps at Brandfon really helped me get what I wanted. After visiting three other Honda dealers in CT (two of which had horrible customer service in WB & hartford) I was relieved at how patient Wes and his coworkers were. My experience started about a month before I actually bought my 2018 accord. At that time I was just looking to upgrade. Weeks later my situation changed and I had a week to find a new car. When Wes wasn't available his coworkers stepped in and I had thought I found my vehicle. The next day I realized it wasn't everything I wanted. I reached out to Wes and he took every step to ensure the located and found MY 2018 accord and had me in the car by my deadline. From previous experience Brandfon always has great customer service in the service department and I'm extremely happy that their ethics carry over to sales. More
